Doka Poland is hiring a Financial Sales Controlling professional to develop business recommendations, prepare financial and sales-and-operations forecasts, analyze sales performance and profitability, monitor project costs and budget execution, support month-end close, manage provisions, and maintain ERP/CRM data. The role requires a university degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, at least three years of relevant experience, advanced Excel and SQL skills, ERP experience, BI knowledge, strong analytical and communication abilities, and English at least at B2 level.
