United Initiators is hiring a Business Controller focused on sales, supply chain, and purchasing. The role partners with management and specialist departments, controls central corporate functions, develops budgets, forecasts, scenarios, KPIs, reporting, and cost-center controls, supports SAP-based monthly closing, and contributes to projects and the digitalization of finance through automation, BI, and advanced analytics. The position requires a relevant degree, several years of controlling experience, strong SAP and analytical skills, and German and English proficiency; it is based in Pullach im Isartal, Bavaria.
