Description
The Business Controller will lead and coach the Business Control team, support management and other departments, participate in the transition from SAP to Infor LN, optimize business processes and master data, adapt cost-price models, develop periodic management reports, coordinate the Plan & Control cycle, support month-end close and financial reporting, and initiate process improvements. The role requires an HBO+ Business Economics qualification, several years of Business Control experience, finance knowledge, Excel and Power BI proficiency, Dutch and English communication skills, and initiative in process improvement and AI applications.
