Description
The Business Controller will advise management and the governing board on financial, business, administrative, project, investment, and spatial-development issues; prepare and review planning and control documents, budget amendments, and executive board recommendations; assess internal controls, risks, and financial impacts; and help improve management information and processes. The role requires a higher professional education in a financial-economic field, experience with complex projects, investments, risk management, and financial management, and knowledge of the spatial-development domain, preferably including relevant laws and regulations. It is a full-time position with a gross monthly salary of €4,520–€6,422, work-from-home and office options in Bergen and Castricum, and a one-year contract intended to convert to permanent employment.
