Description
Quadient is hiring an FP&A Controller to deliver financial insights and support strategic planning across the business. The role covers management reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, scenario analysis, financial modeling, KPI and dashboard development, and analysis of revenue, costs, profitability, and business drivers. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, at least three years of experience in FP&A, controlling, corporate finance, or a similar analytical finance role, strong financial planning and P&L analysis expertise, knowledge of IFRS and HGB, advanced Excel skills, and fluent German and English. The role is hybrid, combining office and remote work.
