MOTUL SA is hiring a Business Controller (m/w/d) for its Cologne office, starting 01.10.2026. The role coordinates budgets and forecasts, supports monthly and annual close activities, prepares management reports and dashboards, monitors financial and operational KPIs, partners with Sales, Marketing and Support, performs ad-hoc analyses, develops and automates controlling tools, and supports compliance, audits and intercompany processes. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, controlling or business administration, 2–5 years of experience, SAP FI/CO and Microsoft Excel, Power BI and Power Query skills, and strong German and English proficiency. The arrangement is hybrid with partial home office.
