Moni is hiring a Senior Business Controller to serve as a financial sounding board for small and medium-sized businesses, manage client portfolios, and lead financial processes. The role combines substantive financial control with strategic business control, including monthly performance discussions, management reporting and dashboards, month-end close, VAT returns, accounting coordination, team leadership, and process optimization. Candidates need a finance-related higher professional or university degree, a solid finance foundation, strong analytical and communication skills, and digital proficiency; dashboarding or BI experience is advantageous. The gross monthly salary is €3,812–€6,002, excluding an 8% holiday allowance.
