Description
Kavli is hiring a Business Controller Sales & Marketing to support profitable growth in Sweden and Finland through pricing management, commercial decision-making models, budgeting, forecasting, cost monitoring, and profitability analysis. The role collaborates with commercial, customer marketing, supply chain, and business control teams, reports to the Head of Business Control, and is based at the company’s Älvsjö head office. It is a permanent full-time position with an initial six-month probationary period and requires a business or economics degree, 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong Excel, business intelligence, and ERP skills, plus Swedish and English proficiency.
