Pathward is hiring a Risk and Control Consultant to support risk and control consulting on new, existing, and changed processes; identify and monitor operational and strategic risks and key risk indicators; develop controls and procedures; support internal and external audits; translate control deficiencies into action plans; and monitor compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience, typically at least eight years of related experience, and prefers a master's degree and merchant acquiring, ATM, or card network experience. The position is hybrid and remote-office, with onsite locations in Sioux Falls, Phoenix, Louisville, Troy, Franklin, and Easton, and offers a salary range of $86,000 to $145,000 plus an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.
