Description
SBR is hiring a Business Analyst to analyze business needs and data, improve processes, define requirements, support decision-making, deliver validated requirements and user stories, produce actionable insights, track KPIs, map workflows, and support stakeholder alignment and change adoption. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field, at least two years of business analysis or related experience, and proficiency with SQL, data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, BPMN process mapping, requirements tools such as Jira and Confluence, and stakeholder management.
