The role spans the full business development lifecycle, including pipeline management, capture strategy, proposal support, executive relationship management, and collaboration with sales, capture, proposal, and subject matter experts. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, 7+ years of federal business development/capture/sales experience, a track record winning unrestricted prime contracts over $10M, strong knowledge of federal contracting vehicles and regulations, and the ability to obtain or maintain a Secret or Top Secret clearance.
