Resatec is hiring a Business Developer to develop existing customer portfolios and generate new business in retail and other sectors where professional security is important. The role involves prospecting, converting prospects into lasting customer relationships, managing the full sales cycle, negotiating, preparing quotations, coordinating with technical teams, and representing the company at trade shows and networking events. The position is based in the Flemish region, reports to the Sales Manager, and requires a bachelor's or master's degree, commercial experience, strong communication skills, fluent Dutch, and comfort discussing technical solutions.
