Zwart Techniek is hiring a Business Developer BESS & Microgrids to identify, develop, and manage commercial opportunities in energy storage and microgrid projects. The role covers customer relationship building, market analysis, quotation preparation, contract and price negotiations, trade-fair representation, and coordination with internal teams through project handover. Candidates should have at least three years of sales experience in energy, renewable energy, energy storage, or infrastructure, technical knowledge of battery systems or related engineering, strong communication and networking skills, and fluency in Dutch and English. The position offers a gross salary of up to €6,700 per month, bonus opportunities, equipment, training, leave, and a holiday allowance.
