IKEA is hiring a full-time Business Developer for its Category Contract Logistics team in Port Klang, Malaysia. The role owns a portfolio of external logistics service providers, sourcing and negotiating warehousing and logistics partnerships, implementing new solutions, and driving service providers’ performance against cost, quality, lead time, and capacity utilisation targets. The position also involves identifying new business opportunities, participating in tenders, monitoring market and legal developments, developing annual action plans, and ensuring compliance with agreements, IWAY standards, and supply chain security requirements. Candidates need logistics expertise, strong negotiation and analytical skills, a university degree in logistics, economics, or business administration, at least five years of relevant experience, and fluency in English.
