NEXTON is hiring a Business Developer for its Banking Business Unit in Paris on a permanent contract. The role combines business development, prospecting, client and prospect management, commercial proposal and pricing negotiations, sales closing, consultant recruitment, and consultant management and support. Candidates need a Bac+5 education and at least two years of experience in a similar role managing Banking or Finance accounts, along with strong communication, autonomy, and entrepreneurial skills.
