Septeo HR Solutions is hiring a Business Developer (M/F) on a permanent contract in Rennes to support the growth of its We Recrut solution. The role handles inbound prospect requests, qualifies HR and business-leader needs, delivers tailored product demonstrations, prepares quotes, supports prospects through signing, manages and expands the client portfolio, and contributes to prospecting and sales-process improvement. The position requires interest in SaaS and digital tools, the ability to qualify client needs and present solutions, strong CRM and organizational skills, and ideally 1–2 years of initial sales experience in a B2B SaaS, software, or digital environment.
