Tenco DDM is hiring a Business Developer - Technical Product and Process Improvement to prospect manufacturers of technical products and systems, identify opportunities for performance, reliability, functionality, assembly, and production-efficiency improvements, and manage the commercial process from initial qualification through quotation and order. The role requires active B2B prospecting, technical understanding of mechanics and production processes, fluent Dutch and English, and residence near Genk or in the Eindhoven–Maastricht region. The position offers an autonomous commercial role with direct collaboration on technical opportunities and fixed and variable compensation, a company car, laptop, and phone.
