Sloane Toyota of Philadelphia is hiring a full-time Business Development Center Agent to manage customer relationships, handle incoming phone calls and internet leads, answer questions about vehicle stock and performance, maintain customer records, update vehicle availability, and schedule test drives and deliveries. The role requires flexibility with evening hours and Saturdays, strong communication and Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to meet sales quotas; formal training is provided and prior telemarketing or internet sales experience is helpful.
