The role involves setting goals, developing strategic plans, managing projects from conception to completion, identifying bottlenecks, building accountability, coaching teams, and improving processes and organizational growth. The home base is Sunny Lisbon, with travel to and extended work in three other markets. Industry experience is not required, but candidates need strong analytical, organizational, communication, and project-ownership skills, English fluency, and an EU work permit.
