Snowflake is hiring a Business Development & Capture Manager for its US Public Sector team to identify, qualify, and lead the capture of large government programs across federal, state, and local agencies. The role develops multi-year business plans, engages mission owners and acquisition stakeholders, coordinates with partners and internal teams on RFI and RFP responses, and manages pipeline and booking quotas. It requires over 12 years of relevant experience, including at least 10 years as a Business Development or Capture Manager in the US Federal/DoD market, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience, and a US Government security clearance. The role is based in Washington, DC; Reston, Virginia; or remote within the DC metro area, with an estimated base salary of $144,000–$189,000 plus bonus and equity eligibility.
