Description
Trōcaire is hiring a Business Development and Grants Manager for its Somalia country programme. Reporting to the Country Director and directly managing a Grants and Compliance Officer, the role develops institutional funding strategies, identifies and secures grants, leads proposal and report writing, manages grant inception, review, close-out, financial compliance, and donor relationships, and supports programme implementation and monitoring and evaluation. The position requires proposal writing, budgeting, project planning, monitoring and evaluation, networking, negotiation, Microsoft Office, and at least two years of relevant experience; a graduate-level qualification or equivalent experience is also required.
