Molecule is hiring a full-time Business Development and Investor Relations Manager to work directly with the CEO and the Commercial Team. The role owns the BD pipeline, manages relationships with 70+ investors, triages enterprise and investor communications, prepares for high-stakes meetings, drafts partnership and investor materials, builds a commercial tracking system, coordinates cross-functional deal activity, and evaluates opportunities with scientific literacy. The position is globally flexible with US preference, requires travel, and offers immediate start and token-based upside.
