Clifford Chance is hiring a Business Development Manager to support the Corporate Transactions and Advisory Group’s M&A and Private Equity business in Australia, with responsibility for the wider APAC/MET team and the market lead for Australia. The role oversees business development and marketing plans, revenue generation, client and market development, competitor and client analysis, marketing communications, events, and the BD operating model, while collaborating with partners, lawyers, and global stakeholders. It requires professional services business development experience, preferably in a law firm, strong commercial awareness, project management and communication skills, and the ability to work with lawyers of all seniority levels.
