Abaka AI is hiring a Business Development Associate to expand its customer base through full-cycle business development. The role owns leads from prospecting and qualification through discovery, solution development, proposal preparation, pricing and contract negotiations, and close, while coordinating with technical, research, project management, and operations teams. The position is intended for an early-career professional and includes a base salary of $80,000 USD annually plus performance-based variable compensation and equity.
