Cove is hiring a Business Development Associate for a six-month contract with potential for permanent employment in Jakarta on a hybrid basis. The role sources real estate opportunities, conducts feasibility, market, pricing, and pro-forma financial analysis; supports proposal structuring, negotiations, legal documentation, and refurbishment project management; identifies new sub-markets; and builds relationships with investment partners, owners, and service providers. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in real estate, start-ups, property management, or hospitality, strong deal-transaction experience, business acumen, communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
