Description
The Corporate Development Professional will support Devon’s M&A and A&D transaction activity by building and maintaining financial models, conducting valuation and transaction analyses, preparing investment screening materials and presentations, participating in due diligence, and supporting bid packages and LOIs. The role also monitors energy-market activity, maintains analytical infrastructure, and collaborates with Finance, Strategy, and Engineering. A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or Business and at least three years of relevant investment banking, private equity, or corporate development experience are required.
