Enercon Technologies is seeking an experienced Business Development Associate to identify and develop new business opportunities, generate and manage leads, conduct market and competitive research, support sales and revenue-growth initiatives, maintain client and partner relationships, prepare presentations and reports, and update CRM systems. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is advantageous.
