ISN is hiring a Business Development Associate to support English- and Portuguese-speaking customers through phone, chat, and email; handle inbound inquiries; troubleshoot platform, account, and compliance issues; build client relationships; and support customer retention and sales initiatives. The role begins in customer service with an 8-week training program and is intended as an entry point toward B2B sales and account management. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, advanced fluency in English and Portuguese, U.S. work authorization, and availability to work in the office at least three days per week. The position starts January 11, 2027, with base pay of $37.50 per hour and potential annual incentives up to $11,000.
