ISN is hiring a Business Development Associate to support English- and French-speaking customers through phone, chat, and email; handle inbound inquiries; troubleshoot platform, account, and compliance issues; build client relationships; and support customer retention and sales initiatives. The role begins in customer service with an 8-week training program and is intended as an entry point toward B2B sales and account management within 12–24 months. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, advanced English and French fluency, U.S. work authorization, and availability to work in the office at least three days per week. The position starts January 11, 2027, pays $37.50 per hour, and offers up to $11,000 in annual target incentives.
