Allpress is hiring a full-time Business Development Manager to grow its Allpress and Underground Coffee brands across New Zealand’s North Island. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the role focuses on building customer relationships, managing a sales pipeline, identifying commercial opportunities, and developing long-term partnerships with customers. The position is based in the Freemans Bay office with occasional travel throughout the North Island and requires experience in business development, sales, account management, FMCG, or a related commercial role, along with strong relationship-building, communication, stakeholder-management, and autonomous-working skills.
