Endava is hiring a Business Development Director to lead business development strategy and execute large-scale IT services sales in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance. The role owns prospecting, pipeline development, sales presentations, negotiations, contract closing, and relationship management with senior decision-makers, while leveraging BFSI industry knowledge, partner ecosystems, technical SMEs, and the Dava.Flow AI-native delivery model. The position is an individual contributor role requiring hunter-centric new-logo sales experience, enterprise technology services expertise, and a strong network or previous customers in BFSI.
