SPIE Industrie is hiring a full-time Business Development Engineer in Electrical Engineering and Industrial Automation in Serres-Castet, France. The role manages industrial projects valued from €100,000 to €1 million, covering commercial development, tender responses, financial monitoring, project progress, technical solutions, subcontractor coordination, team supervision, and QHSSE compliance. The position reports to the Activity/Business Manager and may lead to a Business Manager role. Candidates need a master's degree or equivalent in industrial engineering or automation, at least three years of experience managing industrial projects, knowledge of electrical engineering and industrial automation, and French language proficiency.
