The role involves negotiating rates and margins, managing outbound sales and pipeline, engaging destination marketing organizations, closing new business, and owning the full sales cycle through onboarding. It requires at least three years of sales experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, territory and CRM experience, and fluent English. The role is hybrid in East Coast or Midwest United States, with a U.S. salary range of $80,000 to $110,000 plus bonus.
