Great West is hiring a Business Development Executive to develop and sustain relationships with regional insurance agencies, create business plans, support agency production goals, expand agency business, maintain the company’s digital market presence, and coordinate regional agent meetings and educational programs. The role is based in the Bloomington, Indiana office and requires up to 75% travel. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, insurance knowledge, at least four years of relevant experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a valid driver’s license.
