Grupo Eulen is hiring a Business Development Manager to generate and close new commercial cleaning and facility services business for large-square-footage properties, corporate campuses, healthcare and educational institutions, and multi-site retail portfolios. The role focuses on prospecting, pipeline development, account research, site walkthroughs, proposals, pricing, contract negotiations, CRM tracking, and handoffs to operations and account management. It requires at least five years of outbound, quota-carrying business development experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial, or facility management services, along with strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and CRM skills. The position is field- and office-based with extensive travel within the assigned market and offers a base-plus-commission package.
