Marsh is hiring a New Business Specialist to join its Sales team in Cape Town or Stellenbosch. The role focuses on identifying and securing new corporate and mid-to-upper market insurance business, developing executive-level relationships, designing and presenting commercial insurance solutions, managing the full new-business lifecycle, and achieving revenue targets. Candidates need at least five years of relevant new business or business development experience, strong commercial insurance knowledge, RE and FAIS credentials, a DOFA certificate, INSETA credits, and a valid driver’s license with own transport. The position follows Marsh’s hybrid model, requiring onsite work with clients or in the office at least three days per week.
