Burns Engineering is seeking a Business Development Leader for its Healthcare team. The role is responsible for executing the business unit’s growth strategy, driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, developing a sustainable sales pipeline, leading complex pursuits, managing strategic client relationships, and supporting commercial and risk management activities. The position has no direct reports and no operational or project delivery responsibilities, with the Business Development Leader serving as a senior escalation point for significant client-related matters. A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred, preferably in Engineering or Business Management, and at least 10 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or strategic growth roles is required.
