DLR Group is hiring a Business Development Leader to support its Hospitality sector from any of its U.S. office locations. The role focuses on identifying and qualifying hospitality design pursuits, building and managing client relationships, developing the opportunity pipeline, coordinating marketing and proposal activities, supporting industry conferences, maintaining CRM and business development reports, and meeting growth and fee targets. Candidates should have relevant A/E/C, design, hospitality, business development, or sales experience, strong communication and organizational abilities, and ideally 10+ years of experience. The position follows DLR Group’s four-day in-office model with flexibility to work elsewhere on Fridays and offers a salary of $110,880–$177,320 USD plus comprehensive benefits.
