LMI Technologies is hiring a Business Development Manager to expand direct sales of 2D smart vision and machine vision solutions across Germany and Europe. The role focuses on prospecting and acquiring B2B customers, conducting on-site technical demonstrations, managing the full sales lifecycle, developing regional territory strategies, and coordinating with distribution partners and system integrators. Candidates need at least three years of B2B technical sales experience in industrial machine vision, factory automation, photonics, or sensor technologies, along with German and English business fluency and willingness to travel across Europe.
