Beveridge & Diamond is hiring a Business Development Manager to lead business development for its Austin, San Francisco, and Seattle offices and key environmental law practice and industry groups. The role manages office and group business development plans, marketing budgets, RFP responses, association engagement, events, promotional materials, market research, and strategic initiatives. It is based in Austin with a hybrid schedule requiring at least three in-office days per week and semi-annual travel to San Francisco and Seattle, plus periodic travel to Washington, DC. The position requires at least five years of law firm business development experience, knowledge of the Texas legal market, familiarity with environmental law or the ability to learn quickly, and a college degree or equivalent.
