Green Biz Nursery & Landscaping, Inc. is hiring a full-time Business Development Manager in Fayetteville, North Carolina to drive commercial growth in landscape installation and lawn maintenance. The role focuses on hunting for new construction projects, getting the company onto bid lists, building and maintaining a pipeline from initial contact through priced proposal, and then handing off awarded work to operations. Responsibilities include identifying projects via permits and planning data, contacting contractors and developers, performing quantity takeoffs, pricing bids and maintenance contracts, presenting proposals, and supporting repeat business. The position requires strong prospecting, follow-up, plan-reading, communication, organization, spreadsheet/CRM/estimating software proficiency, and a valid North Carolina driver’s license.
