Addium, Inc. is hiring an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth for its AROYA crop-steering and substrate-monitoring platform across high-value crops, initially focusing on berries. The role involves developing new and existing grower and distributor relationships, entering new markets, building strategic account pipelines, and closing long-cycle deals. It is a full-time, field-based position in Watsonville, California, or Oxnard, California, with up to 70% travel across the United States and Mexico. Compensation is $150,000–$180,000 base plus commission and MBO, with an OTE of $220,000–$250,000. The position requires at least seven years of relevant business development, strategic sales, or market development experience, English and Spanish proficiency, an established agricultural network, and a bachelor's degree in a related field.
