Adler and Allan Group is hiring a permanent, full-time Business Development Manager in Droitwich on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on developing new business for the Protective Coatings service line across the United Kingdom, including identifying opportunities, creating quotations, managing sales pipelines and CRM activity, leading bids and tenders, coordinating with operational teams, resolving customer concerns, and achieving revenue, margin, and contract-win targets. The position requires prior experience in protective coatings, sales or account management, strong communication and planning skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, a full UK driving licence, and flexibility for travel and working hours.
