The role is a field-based remote position focused on prospecting, pipeline development, site assessments, proposal development, closing recurring-service contracts, and partnering with Operations for client onboarding and retention. Candidates need at least three years of B2B outside sales, account executive, territory sales, or business development experience, along with CRM, communication, relationship-building, and territory-travel capabilities. The position offers an initial draw of $100,000, uncapped commissions, expected first-year earnings of $85,000-$125,000+, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K match, paid time off, and professional development.
