Allient Inc. is hiring a Manager of Business Development and Strategy to lead domestic go-to-market initiatives, product strategy, marketing operations, and business development for its Watertown business unit. The role will develop and execute product roadmaps, launch new products, conduct market and competitive analysis, create business cases and proposals, manage customer relationships and opportunities, and drive revenue and profitability across motion control, actuation, and related technology markets. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business, at least eight years of motion control experience, strong sales and leadership ability, CRM and Microsoft Office knowledge, and unrestricted United States work authorization; no visa sponsorship is available.
