BD is hiring a Business Development Manager - Healthcare Automation & Robotics to drive growth across New Zealand for its Medication Management Solutions portfolio. The role focuses on identifying and securing new hospital, pharmacy, healthcare network, and government opportunities; building executive-level relationships; developing business cases; managing complex capital-sales cycles; leading tenders and proposals; and supporting implementation and adoption. Candidates should have experience in business development, enterprise or strategic account growth, complex healthcare technology or capital equipment sales, and navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
