The role leads tenders from solution development and pricing through written submissions and client presentations, identifies new municipal collections business, develops proposals and solutions, builds relationships with clients and partners, and supports regional teams with commercial and contractual growth. Candidates need tendering, pricing, or business development experience, strong commercial and communication skills, project management ability, analytical skills, and knowledge of the waste or municipal services industry.
