Callen-Lenz is hiring a full-time Business Development Manager in Salisbury, Wiltshire, United Kingdom, with a salary of £60,000–£75,000. The role leads business-winning activities across market planning, customer engagement, opportunity development, capture planning, pricing, proposal development, and deal closure for uncrewed aircraft systems and aerospace opportunities. It requires a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, prior business development experience, strong technical-documentation and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to manage multiple bids. Knowledge of uncrewed air systems, aerospace or defence technologies, public and private-sector tendering, and familiarity with OJEU-style frameworks are desirable. The position requires British citizenship or existing UK work rights, occasional national and international travel, a full valid UK driving licence, and the ability to hold a security clearance.
