Charter Construction is hiring a full-time Business Development Manager based in Seattle, Washington. The role partners with remediation, special projects, restoration operations, and business development and marketing leaders to identify prospective clients, develop relationships, track leads, support proposals and marketing materials, and help land projects. Candidates should have at least five years of business development or relationship-building experience, preferably in a mid-sized entrepreneurial company, with strong communication, presentation, writing, and database-management skills. Compensation is $120–$140 OTE, including base and commission, with vehicle reimbursement.
