Legacy Mechanical is hiring a Business Development Manager to develop new business relationships and secure long-term preventative maintenance agreements with commercial, industrial, institutional, healthcare, and municipal customers. The role involves territory growth, prospecting, facility assessments, consultative sales, CRM forecasting, and collaboration with service, controls, and project teams. Candidates need at least five years of relevant business development or outside sales experience, HVAC and building systems knowledge, strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, CRM experience, and the ability to travel. The position offers a base salary of $85,000 to $110,000 annually, uncapped commission, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
